We are hiring a full-time Ui/Ux Designer to join our team in Sheraton, Cairo.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

Ui/Ux Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, such as but not limited to interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Design, test, and iterate on user interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. A strong portfolio
  • showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design expertise is a must for all
  • applicants, including fresh graduates.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for social media applications, SaaS products, e-commerce platforms, or mobile applications.
