**BIM Manager**

Are you a seasoned BIM Manager with a passion for ensuring precision and innovation in building information modeling? Join us as we expand our BIM capabilities across our branches in Dubai and Cairo. We are seeking a dedicated BIM Manager who excels in both technical and managerial aspects of BIM coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Model Coordination & Review**: Oversee project model deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance on both BIM and technical aspects. Create detailed clash detection reports using tools like Navisworks and Solibri.
- **BIM Coordination Meetings**: Lead and facilitate BIM coordination meetings to address project updates and resolve issues.
- **BIM System Establishment**: Develop and implement a comprehensive BIM system for our Dubai and Cairo branches, including view templates, project folder arrangements, project delivery protocols, coordination systems, drafting standards, and modeling standards.
- **Protocol Development**: Create and enforce BIM protocols and systems for new projects to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- **Training & Development**: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for BIM software users. Manage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and specialists to ensure adherence to standards and schedules.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth workflow integration and maintain the Project Information Model (PIM).
- **Software Implementation & Quality Control**: Oversee BIM software implementation across various projects, standardize processes, and ensure quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Manager.
- Proven experience working in Gulf countries, especially the UAE.
- Expertise in technical coordination, clash detection, and checklist management.
