The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for IT infrastructure and ELV systems within office and site environments.

**Tasks and Activities**:
1- **BIM Modeling Using Autodesk Revit**:
1.1 Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for IT and ELV systems, including but not limited to structured cabling, security, AV systems, FAS & data centers etc.

1.2 Update models based on design revisions and project changes.

1.3 Ensure all BIM models adhere to client requirements, and industry best practices.

2- **Coordination and Integration**:
2.1 Collaborate with PM, architects, engineers, site teams and subcontractors to integrate BIM models across disciplines.

2.2 Work closely with project managers, client’s BIM engineers and site teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.

2.3 Conduct regular clash detection using tools like Navisworks and resolve identified conflicts.

2.4 Whenever required, conduct training sessions for the new modelers or client’s concerned staff.

3- **Documentation**:
3.1 Maintain BIM documentation, including standards, naming conventions & version control.

3.2 Support the preparation of as-built models and documentation upon project completion.

4- **Site Involvement**:
4.1 Visit project sites as necessary to understand and capture real-world conditions and ensure the accuracy of the BIM models.

4.2 Work closely with site teams to incorporate field data and updates into the BIM models
- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
**5.1 Model Accuracy and Quality**:

- Percentage of accurate and error-free models submitted.
- Number of issues detected during clash detection and their timely resolution.
- Compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and version control protocols.

**5.2 Timelines**:

- Adherence to project timelines and deadlines for model submission.
- Speed and efficiency in incorporating design changes into the BIM model.

**Experience**:

- BIM Modeler/Draft Man: 1 year (preferred)
