**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect. As a BIM Architect at Engisoft Engineering, you will be responsible for utilizing building information modeling (BIM) software and techniques to create and manage digital representations of construction projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and maintaining architectural drawings, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to BIM standards.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

2 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Architect

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Previous experience working in a reputable company within the architecture or construction industry

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation

Knowledge of project coordination and collaboration using BIM methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing BIM models and construction documents
