Digital Lean Lead vois

**Role Purpose**:
1) The Digital Lean lead is responsible for leading the digital lean team to identify and drive discover squads towards the Simplification, Digitalization and Automation opportunities of the end-to-end process’s transformation within projects across different local markets within _VOIS.
2) The Digital Lean Lead will work with the Product Manager (POs Manager) and Agile Coach (SMs Manager) to co-plan for the assessment desired outcome
3) The Role requires to effectively upskilling & managing the Digital Lean Team (DLT) during the Engage & Discover phases, front end with the customer/partner when needed and adopt a structured methodology; to help the team document As-Is and re-engineer To-Be business processes, including shaping and scoping opportunities and calculating business benefits.

**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:
**Performance Management - Project based through the Digital Lean Team;**
- Facilitate senior business stakeholder relationships.
- Lead benefit case analysis (KPIs Improvement); as per the Digital Roadmap.
- Challenge process deep-dives and business requirements.
- Validate transformation dependencies and risks.
- Identify and document transformation dependencies when applicable.
- Lead the production of as-is and to-be analysis; built on data received from Operations (Processes) & Quality (Volumetric break down)
- Create and sustain collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders.
- Work with Product Managers & Agile Coach (SM Manager) to ensure all designed business change activities are understood and managed.
- Accountable for leading Continuous Improvement initiatives that result in quantitative and qualitative improvements to costs & quality of _VOIS operations; as identified by Ops Management.
- Responsible for enabling the digital strategy delivery; as per the Roadmap created by the POs.

**Culture Building;**
- Facilitate senior business stakeholder relationships and build on the _VOIS brand within other markets
- Ensure communication and collaboration is achieved
- Ensure Discover projects governance withing Digital Lean Team
- Resolve conflicts between projects, functions and business units; when needed

**Planning and Governance through the Digital Lean Team;**:

- Develops plans to recommend CI initiatives; as per the Digital Roadmap
- Raises risks where elements of the procedures are dependent upon other work streams or programs.
- Recommends proper governance within Operations to ensure process stability & performance sustainability

**Leadership and initiative;**
- Proactively upskill the Digital Lean Team; to ensure consistency in analysis & outcome t the customers.
- Encourages and scales up initiatives to motivate the teams to both suggest and implement ideas for Continuous Improvement

**Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Strong expertise in Digital Transformation through Agile ways of working
- Experience of managing projects for customer operations using Lean, Six sigma, Agile methodologies
- Systematic problem solver at implementing solutions to solve root cause of problems
- Ability to work independently and to establish priorities
- Strong ability to raise and/or resolve issues
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Desired**
- Experience in deploying Agile projects.
- Experience of leading Continuous Improvement projects for telecom industry.
- Experience with survey management, forms, processes & analysis.
- Financial literacy of approaches such as activity-based costing, labor variance, dashboards etc.
- Familiar with quality and business excellence tools and approaches such as Six Sigma, Lean, 5S.
