Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

**Position Overview**

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Manage all aspects of content production, from ideation and creation to distribution and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
- Manage freelancers & content creators and supervise production and content execution
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Develop brand assets such as company websites, profiles, and sales material.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence in the digital landscape.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies and campaigns.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive results, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
