**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management and others to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, and develop A/B test to improve performance.
- Manage marketing database and lead workflow, tracking lead conversion, pipeline creation and revenue generation.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Knowledgeable about social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram).
- Assist with other marketing team members as needed.

**Education**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years' experience in B2C digital marketing.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools and performance reports (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Experience in content writing is a plus.

**Other requirements**:

- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing programs.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- HTML & CSS proficiency.
- Knowledge of SPAM & data privacy laws.
- Demonstrated analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships & collaborate across functional areas within the company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate, organized, comfortable managing multiple development projects at once.
- Ability to prioritize work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, flexible, and have the ability to handle multiple active jobs under pressure on a daily basis.
- Strong English (written and spoken).
