A Digital Marketing Specialist at Marketeers is NOT just about creating a Facebook post, it’s about creating digital communication strategies, which capture and maintain the prospect client’s attention coherently throughout the different stages of the client/agency relationship, reaching the target audience across multiple digital media touchpoints.

The Digital Marketing Specialist acts as the most influential trigger point for the Business Development team to win new clients.
If you have proven experience in taking on uncommon challenges, thinking outside the box, interested to pass through a merged digital and market research experiential learning environment, and capturing the attention of our target audience in the cluttered digital world, read ahead.

**Your Job Will Be**:

- Create a monthly media buying strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads).
- Evaluate and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams for any projects related to digital marketing campaigns
- Responsible for new and creative digital marketing growth strategies by staying up to date with new digital tools.
- Assess clients’ needs through surveys and individual client interviews.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn campaign manager and Google ads
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- A keen eye for details
- Very well organized
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website content management systems.
