Role Summary

The HR Project Manager is responsible for managing the HR PMO related to implementation of HR EM strategy and Must Win Battles in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

This position will report to Head of Org Effectiveness for day-to-day works and will collaborate with the local HR teams and relevant functions across the region.

Role Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, monitor and control HR projects related to EM HR strategy and Must Win Battles implementation in the region, with the right tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project management.
- Work closely with HRLT sponsors to clearly understand future state approaches and facilitate implementation.
- Co-ordinate successful completion of project deliverables, identify risks, build mitigation plans and solutions and support implementation of changes.
- Drive change management deliverables, and risk logs, status reports and documentation.
- Track and manage issues.
- Communicate with HR team stakeholders on deliverables, timelines and support required.
- Create documentation and tools as required, including creation of presentations.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate project meetings, document and share agendas, own project/process documentation.
- Ad hoc project management of HR projects outside of MWB.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Project Management qualification (PMP or equivalent) is required.
- On-line marketing experience will be advantageous.
- 4 years+ Project management experience.
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio) required.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple phases/ sub projects at the same time.
- Ability to work with team members in a virtual environment and across multiple levels, and across different time zones.
- Prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to facilitate meetings at all levels.
- Ability to work independently.
