HR Manager - (Remotely\ Work From Home):

employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment,
employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Overseeing and responsible for recruitment, selection and the on-boarding
for open positions in the company.
- Designing and implementing training and development programs for
employees to help them improve their skills and grow in their careers.
- Managing the performance of employees, including setting goals, providing
feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Maintaining positive relationships between employees and management,
addressing any concerns or complaints, and ensuring that the company’s
policies and procedures are followed.
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant labour laws and
regulations, including equal employment opportunity laws, wage and hour
laws, and safety regulations.
- Maintaining personnel records, including employee information, employment
contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the
company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Managing the HR department budget, including allocating resources and
controlling costs.
- leading the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help
them perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- University studies/ Higher education in Human Resources, Business
administration, or related fields.
- +3 Prior related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of national laws related to HR.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
