**Responsibilities**:
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and pre-employment screenings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

3. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and conducting new hire orientations.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations. 5. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs. 6. Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities, training and development initiatives, and performance management processes.

7. Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.

8. Provide support in HR policy and procedure development, updates, and communication to employees.

9. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.

10. Assist in the coordination of employee communications.

11. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, as assigned.

12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- SHRM Certification by an accredited institution**_
- _**Has at least 5 years as a HR manager**_

**Salary**: E£20,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
