**POSITION SNAPSHOT**
Location: Cairo, Egypt

**Position Summary**:
Driving NBS Centre level Performance Acceleration communities, capabilities, motivation, via preparation, implementation, and continuous improvement of a local Annual Performance Acceleration Plan.

Liaising with IBS Performance Acceleration Team and with the NBS Centre Process Optimizers, towards ensuring a structured and aligned approach to Productivity and Business Value creation. As well as piloting at the NBS Centre new Continuous Improvement Tools, Methods, and Approaches to Productivity.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **

**Act as NBS Center SPOC for Performance Acceleration**
- Develops and implements a robust/structured approach/plan to Performance Acceleration using Problem Solving, Improvement Opportunity Identification & Prioritization, Project Management, Data Analytics & Digitalization and Sustaining Improvements Tools & Methods, in alignment with IBS Performance Acceleration Efforts & Planning and Organizational Productivity annual goals.
- Aligns, with the NBS Centre functions, and Monitors the Performance Acceleration Objectives for Centre.
- Supports & Coaches the local Process Optimizers in the timely/effective archiving and/or reporting of Improvement Project information, namely on PO Cockpit / Improvement Hub / Global Improvement Repository.
- Continuously improves his/her skills to effectively champion Performance Acceleration at the Centre.

**Improve NBS Centre Performance Acceleration Capabilities and Skill Certifications**
- Identifies and continuously monitors the local Performance Acceleration (Continuous Improvement, Analytics & Digitalization) skill gaps.
- Cascades the IBS Performance Acceleration Skill Matrix, Learning Paths and Training Catalogues to the Centre, adapting where needed the information to suit local requirements and/or culture.
- Ensures that Performance Acceleration Skill gaps are continuously reduced, by preparing a semesterly local training calendar and ensuring its full completion.
- Identifies additional PA capabilities needs to be acquired and deployed within the local teams, to address Market/Zone challenges.
- Champions a local capability building certification and recognition process.
- Regularly reports to IBS PA Team on the PA skill gap reduction, improvements and deviations.
- Supports the IBS PA Team in the continuous improvement of the IBS PA Skill matrix.

**Builds an informed and motivated local Continuous Improvement Community of Practice**
- Establish a support Community of Performance Acceleration Representatives and maintain its proper Governance.
- Identifies & Shares Local Performance Acceleration Best Practices, Success Stories and Project Learnings that can be potentially relevant to other NBS Centers and/or IBS.
- Plans & Drives local Performance Acceleration events, such as PA training sessions, Improvement talks, Acceleration visits, PA Recognition activities, and Process mapping + Discovery + Transformation workshops.
- Plans & drives local awareness and communication moments, to ensure that the Centre's employees have access and are informed on Global and Local Performance Acceleration updates, successes, and learnings.
- Identifies Local PA Skill Experts, to act as Subject Matter Experts.
- Manages and coaches others in the STAR initiative cycles and drives the local STAR Initiative and You Rock processes at the Centre.
- Cascades relevant IBS PA Team information and decisions to the relevant local stakeholders.
- Supports the Global Ideation Campaigns, developed by IBS PA Team, and identifies locally ideas for Ideation Campaigns.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Bachelor of Business
- 5 years of experience in managing stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement Certification Required (either Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, TSQ or Kaizen)
- Coaching Certification Preferred (either ICF, CPCC, CPC, CEC, CLC, CPPC)
- Robust Project Management skills
- Robust Problem Solving skills
- Incremental and Disruptive Innovation mind-set
