**Position Overview**
- As performance Executive, you will be supporting your team with client activations across performance media channels (search, social, display). As a core member of the team, you will be involved in day-to-day campaign optimizations, campaign trafficking, booking budget orders and managing finance reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Some Experience on Google Ads and Paid Social Platforms (Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, Tiktok, X, etc..)-
- Ensuring delivery on performance targets for clients-
- Campaign optimizations and SQR (Search Query Reports)-
- Delivery and analysis of weekly performance reports-
- Oversee campaign results analysis and help translate information into observations/lessons learned.-
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.-
- Create a measurement framework for set KPIs-
- Reporting and analysis of paid media and audience analysis**Key** Skills Experience**- 1 year of experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.-
- Proven track record in managing paid search, social campaigns.-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.-
- Creative thinker and problem solver to come up with solutions.
