**Job Descripon**:
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the sales team's performance to achieve sales goalsand enhance sales opera8ons.

Relies on performance data analysis to provide immediate guidance and improvement strategies.

Deals with the analysis of call quality and efficiency,aiming to achieve higher conversion rates and visits.

Interacts directly with sellers, providingsupport, and guidance to enhance their performance.

Collaborates with the training team to implement customized courses to develop sellers' skills.

CommiIed to continuous improvement of the team's performance and achieving set goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Call Quality Analysis**:

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of sales calls for sellers.
- Iden8fy strengths and areas for improvement in communica8on and persuasion

skills.

**2. Conversion Rate Analysis**:

- Monitor the conversion rate from new leads to interested customers.
- Analyze nego8a8on stages and provide guidance to improve conversion rates.

**3. Customer Visits Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze the number of customers visi8ng the office monthly.
- Develop strategies to increase visits and enhance customer interaction.

**4. Conversion Rate from Visits to Deals Analysis**:

- Monitor the conversion rate from visits to deals.
- Provide guidance to improve the effec8veness of nego8a8on sessions and

increase conversion rates.

**5. Repor8ng and Guidance**:

- Prepare regular reports on sellers' performance and iden8fied issues.
- Provide guidance and correc8ve measures to address iden8fied issues.

**6. Direct Guidance and Support**:

- Provide direct support to sellers to improve their performance.
- Guide sellers on the optimal use of sales stages.

**7. Training Delivery**:

- Organize training courses to develop sellers' skills in specific areas.
- Provide tailored educa8onal programs to improve team performance.
- Deliver training programs for new sellers, ensuring their readiness to join the

sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales performance management.
- Strong data analysis skills and a deep understanding of conversion processes.
- Ability to guide and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communica8on skills and the ability to effec8vely guide sellers.
- Commitment to sales stages principles and continuous improvement.
