Sales Relations Manager

Sales Department Follow-up**: - Monitor the daily performance of the sales team and ensure that the set goals are achieved. - Coordinate with direct sales managers to address obstacles and improve performance. **2. Increasing Annual Sales**: - Develop annual plans to increase sales volume through brokers. - Present offers and incentive initiatives to brokers to increase their transactions with the company. - Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges. **3. Building Relationships with Brokers**: - Manage relationships with brokers to ensure their continued cooperation with the company. - Organize regular meetings to introduce brokers to the company's products and objectives. **4. Reporting**: - Prepare periodic reports for senior management detailing broker performance levels and achieved sales volume. **Qualifications**: 1. **Educational Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree. 2. **Professional Experience**: - At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector or with real estate brokers. - Experience in managing a sales team and overseeing performance to achieve goals. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, opportunities, and risks. 3. **Technical Skills**: - Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for data management and performance analysis. - Skills in preparing periodic reports and analyzing sales data. - Familiarity with modern marketing and sales techniques, such as digital marketing and real estate platforms. 4. **Personal Skills**:o **Leadership Skills**: - Ability to motivate and lead the team to achieve annual goals. - **Communication and Negotiation Skills**: Build strong relationships with brokers and convince them to work continuously with the company. - **Planning and Organizational Skills**: Ability to develop effective plans and strategies to increase sales and implement them successfully. - **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to deal with challenges and obstacles faced by the sales team or brokers. 5. **Market Knowledge**: - Familiarity with real estate market laws and regulations. - A broad network of relationships with brokers and real estate companies. - Ability to identify opportunities and expand the network of brokers working with the company. 6. **Personal Attributes**: - Dynamic and flexible personality able to adapt to changes in the market. - Passion for achieving results and the ability to work under pressure. - Innovative spirit to develop new strategies that increase sales volume.
