Join this company to build up a wide range of experience, knowledge, and network and play a major part in the company's global growth. **What will you do**: - Prepare tender documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents required for the procurement of substation cables. - Study the inquiries and specifications of customers to make a suitable design with optimum cost. - Conduct detailed cost estimation for substation and cable projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs, to ensure accurate budgeting and pricing. - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of substation cables, conduct supplier assessments, and negotiate terms and conditions to secure competitive bids. - Identify potential risks and constraints associated with substation cable projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and incorporate them into the tendering process. - Maintain accurate records of tendering activities, prepare reports on tender outcomes, budget variance analysis, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.: - Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded. - Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials. **What do they expect from you**: - Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. - +5 years experience in Tendering department handling substations. - Experience in Extra High Voltage or High Voltage Substations is a must. - Speaking and Writing of English language fluently. - Project management and supervision skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Background of designing substations is a plus.
