You will be working as Tendering Specialist, and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Services Division based in10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Service LPG Manager will be responsible to service support specialist provides technical assistance to internal and external customers. He/she ensures timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Deliver the complete technical offers with all relevant documents together with Price level and max, allowable discounts through the coordination with the Product Group approved levels. Technical support for the sales teams, including provision of complete high quality submittal including Guarantee schedules, compliance lists, deviation lists and catalogues as per scope of supply.
- Review all projects documents in early stage of bidding, highlight and transfer the existing obstacles & chances & missing as well as threats in project documents. Handle offers that need special pricing, coordinating with Supply chain managements or directly with sub-suppliers to get the max and discounts possible besides looking for all technical solutions that can reduce the cost and satisfy the customer.
- Check customer designs, drawings, schemes, plans, and guide customers through product issues and projects complete data, create and documenting Project Bill of Materials in line with business & customer requirements and provide quotation and suggestions for possible alternative explaining the benefit to the client (cost/technical/delivery). Prepare the inquiries with proper technical specifications as per the tender and understanding of quotations with respect to Technical and contractual requirement and going with order registration process after checking all commercial terms along with Line Manger approval.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectation (and order), clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility and knows how to communicate this to customers. Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences and support customers identify opportunities to address any additional concern and report opportunities to the account team through local business processes.
- Support basic technical support cases, identify technical problems and analyze them through communication with customers and remote connections to assets (when applicable) for a limited range of services and products in which they are certified to perform, prepare all documents and customer reports to be acknowledged by the customer representative and utilize all relevant support and reporting tools to document work, according to the global end-to-end processes.
- Execute wrap-up and follow-up (when needed) of support cases in a timely manner, identify improvement need in the way of working and potential solutions for them, communicate them proactively and drive small improvement actions and proactively plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensure the job is done on time and on quality.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 6 to 9 years of experience.
- Tendering & designing experience is required.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-Efficient time management.
- Good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic languages is required.
