You will be working as Senior Tendering and Quotation Specialist and will be part of Electrification business area for Services division based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Service Local Division Manager and will be responsible for adapting and implementing support strategy for designated area in accordance with the global support strategy, ensuring technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. Overseeing estimations, bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets. Proactively leading, developing and coaching the technical support team

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring compliance with group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented in own area of responsibility, assessing risks and safety hazards, implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety
- Showing personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently, creating, implementing and reviewing support strategy for designated area based on the overall service business strategy
- Ensuring customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility, ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer support experiences
- Driving performance of support activities by following up on key performance indicators (KPI), including, but not limited to, response times and customer satisfaction and implementing corrective actions based on them
- Driving continuous improvement culture and implementing of improvements in order to achieve service excellence in own area of responsibility

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering or sales support for switchgears components
- Fluency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory
- Ability to lead a team
- Great communication skills
