WegoPro is an integral part of Wego, the largest online travel marketplace in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated B2B demand generation campaigns with a primary focus on lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing automation strategies to deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, and leverage other relevant B2B marketing channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline and optimize lead generation processes.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to build lead generation value, promote WegoPro, become a product knowledge expert, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand conversion rates and develop mutual action plans to generate leads in target market segments.
- Pursue revenue opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Strong lead nurturing skills to effectively engage and convert prospects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
