We are seeking a dynamic Arabic-speaking Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department at a TNFX - Dubai Office. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and exciting industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with existing and potential clients, predominantly Arabic-speaking, to understand their investment needs, provide personalized advice, and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, investment products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate and educate clients about the company's offerings.
- Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve individual and team sales targets through effective relationship building, negotiation, and sales strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic events, and geopolitical factors that impact currency markets to provide timely and accurate market insights to clients.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand networks, represent the company, and promote its brand.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential, along with proficient English communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role within the Forex industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, Forex trading platforms, and investment products.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and meet deadlines in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
