**This position reports to**:
Building & Data Center Sales Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
You will be mainly accountable for: -Executing sales strategies, sales plans for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. -Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. -Exploring new business opportunities & generate new installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes. -Preparing sales plans using company tools and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. -Running the negotiations with the customer and moving the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. -Fulfilling the expected number of customer visits, logging the visits and communicates the results with the sales management team. -Managing the sales support and administrative procedures within the sales process. Supporting market intelligence and business development projects as required to drive the growth of the business. -Providing pre-sales technical assistance and appropriate solutions to the customers.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Keys To exceed in this role:
- You will be expected to have sales experience, knowledge of medium voltage switchgear and low voltage.
- Sales experience in buildings/data centers segments.
- Salesforce knowledge
- BSc. degree in Electrical Power.
- 2-4 years in Sales and marketing, preferable to be in similar field.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, leadership capabilities and communication skills.
