Job Title:
Operations Support (Customer Experience Continuous Improvement Specialist) (Team leader level) (BPO)
**Job Description**:
Position in family will impact accountabilities such that Associate levels may complete some tasks under guidance and
may have responsibility for less complex tasks. As the position moves toward Senior level, incumbents will increasingly:
- Work on activities with higher impact and/or complexity
- Have a broader geographical scope
- Have more regular contact with senior or executive management
- Complete tasks independently, without guidance
- Support or coordinate peers within department or deliver training to internal customers
- Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional project
**Responsibilities**:
- Internal & External Quality Measurement
- Continuous Improvement
- Execution of Complex Data Queries
- Development and Implementation of Business Processes
- Analysis and Interpretation of Insights
- Identifying Data for Issue Analysis and Recommendations
- Other duties as assigned
Geographic Remit: Regional level
Process Responsibility: Develops team processes and procedures
Experience: 3-5 years
