**Position Summary**

Senior IT Ops Engineer responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring system performance, and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful, you should have a strong foundation in Apple macOS and excellent troubleshooting skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure internal systems.
- Onboarding & Offboarding employees and contractors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assisting Sys admins in resolving their daily challenges.
- Upgrade network devices to the latest framware.
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
- Update technical documentation
- Participate in projects to improve the helpdesk's efficiency and effectiveness
- Dealing with our suppliers.

**Desired Qualifications**
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
- Fluent in Engliish
- Solid experience in Apple MDM solutions with at least 5 years of experience (eg. Desktop central, Jamf, Intunes..etc).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Senior IT Engineer.
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
- Knowledge of system security techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace, Fortigate, Crowdstrike, & VC Systems.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Team management abilities.
