Customer Development and Maintenance: Responsible for developing key customers in the assigned country, establishing cooperative relationships with distribution customers, manufacturing customers, and large-scale planting bases covered by the marketing network nationwide. Establish deep cooperative relationships with target key customers in the designated region, achieve product sales, build localized distribution networks, and establish a sustainable sales model for localized product promotion and distribution.
- Customer Training: Responsible for promoting product technical training and marketing training for cooperative customers, including techniques for promoting sales through biological pesticides, resistance management, and residue management. Drive deep distribution among customers and increase product sales.
- Registration Work: Complete the legal and compliant positioning and flexible registration matching of products in various product lines of the company in the assigned country (market) respectively. Quickly enter the target market and launch product sales.
- Trial Demonstration and Field Testing: Assist key customers in establishing trial demonstration fields and conducting field testing. Develop localized product testing plans, follow up on trial demonstrations, and complete follow-up reports to promote product technical promotion and marketing in the target market.
- Corporate brand promotion and product technology brand promotion: Gradually build the Bio-technology brand and the concept of healthy plant protection through localized health plant protection, package marketing plans, and localized product technology marketing plans.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in agronomy, plant protection, or marketing-related majors.
- Strong business communication skills, proficient in English or Mandarin and the local language.
- Over 3 years of experience in channel development and product promotion in the agrochemical industry. Have local customer resources is preferred.
- Experience working for internationally renowned companies (such as Bayer, BASF, Syngenta) or well-known agricultural companies is preferred.
