**JOB TITLE**: Customer Service Representative

**SALARY**: Up to 15 K EGP depending on English level plus 1000 overnight allowance

**LOCATION**: Fifth settlement / Mohandeseen Cairo, Egypt (from site)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience or related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proficient with MS Office, internet browsing, and typing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments or managers as needed.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
- Offer a more comprehensive service, providing personalized advice, creating customized itineraries, and offering destination expertise.
