We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Trip Coordinator). This role involves coordinating with drivers and customers for hourly and scheduled trips, assigning drivers for trips, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between all parties involved.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Trip Coordination**:

- Coordinate with drivers to assign them for hourly and scheduled trips based on availability and proximity to the pick-up location.
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of drivers to meet customer demands and scheduling requirements.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers to confirm trip details, including pick-up location, destination, and special requests.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding trip status, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and any delays or changes to the schedule.
- **Driver Management**:

- Maintain a roster of drivers and their availability schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their assigned trips and provide necessary instructions or directions as needed.
- Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Manager Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the manager to review trip schedules, car charge percentage, fare rates, and other relevant information.
- Provide regular updates to the manager regarding trip coordination, driver availability, and customer feedback.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of trip details, including customer information, trip duration, fare charges, and driver assignments.
- Prepare reports and summaries of trip activity and performance metrics for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and managers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of geographical areas and routes to facilitate efficient trip planning and coordination.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and resolve conflicts or issues in a professional manner.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£9,000.00 per month
