**Job Responsiblities**:

- Develops the construction execution plan with the PM and PCS manager.
- Manages fieldwork within the construction budget and site resources ensuring adequate staffing and manpower.
- Monitors all phases of project construction in planning and execution for projects with the variation of value and scope.
- Coordinates and chairs weekly project meetings with the owner, consultant and contractor for each project under his package.
- Ensures all certificates as built drawings and final inspections have been obtained prior to project close out.
- Obtains project temporary offices, utilities, access roads, storage facilities, fencing and other
- needed jobsite facilities.
- Monitors Consultant’s performance to ensure procedures are followed for expediting review and approval of shop drawings, other technical submittals.
- Reviews capabilities of Contractor’s Subcontractors and suppliers and perform off site inspections as necessary to determine suitability.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Construction Managment Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in project managment in real-estate developers or consultants.
- Proficient use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Applications.
- Analytical skills and people managment are expected along with ability to cope with a fast-paced evironment.
