Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day. **CIRCUTIRY SOLUTIONS** As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes. **Job Purpose**: Responsible to demonstrate industry-leading technical competence and customer satisfaction for Macdermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in the respective IC Substrate market segment, to the leading users of the proprietary chemistry in the China region. Responsible for technical management and support, performing the following duties, personally or through collaborative work with colleagues in other functional units. **Responsibilities**: - Support China IC Substrate Business Team in coordination and of all ICS activities, including product roadshow, trial run at customer, technical discussion and trouble-shooting. Spend over 50% of time in front of customers, impressing them with technical competence and capabilities in ICS market area. Clearly communicate the technical knowledge for the ICS product, positioned to the competition, to the Chinese sales and technical service team. - Participate and support the NPI/GDAC Team for the respective product or product group. As needed, organize and lead the efforts involved with local equipment vendor, and subsequent equipment deals with customers. - Ensure appropriate levels of product experience and training for the Sales Force and the Technical Service organization. - Coordinate the China promotional efforts for the product line (product literature, technical papers, customer seminars) supporting the ICS Markets. - Strategic focus on IC Substrate and electronic packages industries in China.
