Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day. **CIRCUITRY SOLUTIONS** As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes. **Job Purpose**: Provides general Technical Support to customers, which includes recommend product operating parameters; troubleshoot bath/ process/ consumption issues. **Responsibilities**: - General line audit and improvement. - Pick up Bath Samples or Parts. - Troubleshooting of Bath Issues and Process Issues. - Consumption analysis and improvement. - Market and customer information collection. - Trial of Established or New Products. - New line implement and relative assistant. - Assist all relatives to the sales to get a new customer. - Perform new staff technical training. - Assist QC, R/A. - Assist to deal with the customer complaint. - Assistant chemicals delivery for emergency required. - Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the manager. **ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB**: - Read/write English and Mandarin. - Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills. - Presentation skills. - Computer literacy; esp., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Available to has a oversea business trip. **Education**: - Bachelors Degree in Relevant industry **Relevant Industries**: - Chemicals - Engineering - Manufacturing **Footer**: Element Solutions Inc is an E-Verify Company and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in job applicant procedures.
