**MACDERMID ENTHONE INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS**

**Job Purpose**:
This role is to assist and report to the MEIS Global Marketing Director in the creation, development, and implementation of MEIS marketing strategy in Asia. To have responsibility for the planning and delivery of integrated product launch plans to develop and grow the markets of China, SE Asia, and India.

Covering all areas of the marketing mix, the aim of this role is to broaden and strengthen the MEIS brand and position the business as the industry leader. The challenge is to align the marketing activity with the requirements of the geo region business objectives for growth and to focus specific attention to the cultural, educational, and business needs of the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan for the development of the MEIS business throughout China, SE Asia, and India.
- Manage the MEIS China Marketing team and local marketing support function in SE Asia and India.
- Co-ordinate the creation, design, and production of marketing communications materials. This includes all forms of the marketing mix from product / technical data sheets, collateral, advertising, POS, e-marketing, and video/ animation, from concept stages to completion via print and/or online publishing channels.
- Liaise regularly with the sales and commercial MEIS teams in Asia to understand the business objections and priorities and provide regular updates on progress of marketing projects.
- Manage the Marketing systems and processes to plan, monitor and report out on marketing activity and budget status by market.
- Initiate and monitor product and customer marketing activity in terms of marketing support, promotional activity, POS, exhibitions, events, and webinar programme supported by social media.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure project briefs are met and delivered to the agreed job specification within budget and deadlines.
- To be responsible for press, PR, and social media content generation to maximise editorial and press coverage using We Chat, Youku for China and Linked in, Facebook social media channels for SE Asia and India.
- Ensure product driven features, case studies, testimonials are tailored to agreed MEIS marketing strategy to position the brands within MEIS as industry thought leaders within their sectors.
