Senior Media Buyer - Gulf Region (Full-Time, On-Site in Maadi, Cairo)

Job Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Maadi, Cairo, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Sunday to Thursday. The role offers a basic salary plus 30% of the profit in USD, ensuring a performance-driven compensation model.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Buying & Campaign Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads).

Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI while keeping costs efficient.

Execute test campaigns for new products to evaluate market demand before full-scale launches.

2. Inventory Clearance & Resale of Dead Stock

Develop and implement marketing strategies to resell dead stock effectively.

Identify new audience segments and ad placements that can increase clearance sales.

Work with the creative team to develop compelling ads and offers for clearance items.

3. Junior Media Buyer Mentorship & Consulting

Provide hands-on guidance and training to junior media buyers.

Review their campaigns, offer strategic insights, and ensure best practices are followed.

Act as a consultant and problem solver for the media buying team.

4. Budget & Profit Optimization

Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.

Track campaign performance, adjust bids, and analyze results to drive higher profitability.

Work on a performance-based compensation model, earning 30% of the profit in USD in addition to a base salary.

5. Market Research & Audience Targeting

Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior and market trends in the Gulf region.

Leverage data-driven insights to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on key advertising metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Present actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 3+ years in media buying, specializing in Gulf region markets (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar).

Platforms: Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

Leadership: Ability to mentor and consult junior media buyers.

Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of ROAS, conversion rates, and budget optimization.

Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and third-party tracking software.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital product marketing.

Strong knowledge of Gulf region consumer trends and buying behavior.

Hands-on experience in clearance marketing strategies for dead stock.
