Cairo, Egypt Fast n Accurate Logistic Services Co. Full time

In-charge for Documentation of freight files.
- Coordinating with team in case of missing documents in files and updating in system.
- Receiving Credit and Debit notes and forwarding to accounts team
- Coordinating with accounts team for payables and receivables
- Opening files in the system
- Closing files
- And other miscellaneous operational tasks
- Entering all data in system
- Maintaining hard copies of files
- Reporting to head freight and other departments
- Receiving Documents
- Maintaining registry
- Sending Arrival notification
- In-charge for Import
- Inquiry form for FCL, LCL (Format)
- Dealing with overseas and local agents for freight inquiries
- Dealing with local shipping lines and agents for freight inquiries
- Coordinating with clients - (Client quotation format)
- Coordinating with Agents (Agent inquiry format)
- Coordinating with 3PL (3PL inquiry format)
- And other miscellaneous operational tasks
- Sending rates to clients on a regular basis

In-charge for Export Shipments

Dealing with overseas and local agents for freight inquiries

Dealing with local shipping lines and agents for freight inquiries

Coordinating with clients (Client quotation format)

Coordinating with agents (Agent inquiry format)

Coordinating with shipping lines (Shipping line inquiry format)

Coordinating with 3PL (3PL inquiry format)

And other miscellaneous operational tasks

Sending export and ex-works rates to clients on a regular basis

**Salary**: E£10,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistic: 2 years (required)
