National assistant Warehouse Manager

**Role Accountabilities**
- Manages the warehouse in line with the Al Futtaim standards.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with Al Futtaim regulations.
- Provides leadership for large employee populations in non-exempt positions and direct reports in exempt positions that both maximize and optimize resources in support of the company’s goals and objectives in serving customers.
- Supervises daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Responsible for managing strategic and operational plans.
- Ensures all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process.
- Inspects equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversees general maintenance as needed.
- Meets regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Plans and utilizes the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
- Prepares annual budget and makes sure to stick to the approved figures.
- Responsible for problem resolution for all warehouse operations, preparing root cause analysis.
- Corporates with all internal and external stakeholders for daily operational activities.

**Role Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in managing big warehouses.
- Exposure to SAP is an asset.
- Exceptional analytical skills and root-cause-analysis experience.
