Main Responsibilities:

- Follow and maintain the warehouse safety rules
- Follow and maintain the golden warehouse rules and 5 S rules
- Create and follow inspection schedule for all handling equipment’s
- Ensure material transactions are completed correctly with correct transaction types
- Ensure to execute materials' transactions on spot on Oracle and E-Service
- Ensure weekly cycle count exercise is done on time
- Ability to ship and receive materials within Oracle
- Follow up on the expected shipment delivery plan to plan for the warehouse space utilization and highlight any expected issues in advance
- Record all scrap parts out of the system in a sheet and contact sourcing on time for selling the scrap
- Conduct Orientation & OTJ training for Warehouse assistants
- Conduct annual PI process and achieve accuracy targets
- Responsible for maintaining 100% stocks accuracy at any point of time
- Maintain records of all borrow parts from or to ENR and follow the standard process
- Responsible for Forklifts driving for materials transfer inside the warehouse and from warehouse to the line.

Required Qualifications:

- High school degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in warehousing
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand spoken & written English
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Leadership skills - Ability to direct, guide, train WH workers
