You will be working as Warehouse Manager and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to TMC Manager and will be responsible to plan, direct and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Develop and manage warehouse operations to control effectively the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of products, systems and services to customers.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget, operating within approved budget, managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary, continuously improving warehouse operations through the use of lean practices, planning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory
- Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization, recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance, planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders and keeps stock control systems up to date, overseeing stock control and processes orders
- Supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping areas, ensuring stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting, ensuring that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, ensuring quality environmental objectives are met, ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
- Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow, developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks, coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities, identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary, analyzing warehouse processes and resource allocation, implementing cost-saving measures (e.g., optimizing storage space, reducing waste)
- Allocating storage space effectively based on product characteristics and movement, implementing strategies to minimize excess inventory and stockouts, maintaining compliance with customs regulations and procedures to avoid disputes

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics or other relevant majors
- Minimum 10 years in similar scope
- Understanding layout, storage, picking/packing, and warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of relevant procedures, documentation, and clearance processes for international trade, thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in both English & Arabic language is mandatory
