**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Odoo Implementation**:

- Manage the full cycle of Odoo implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Perform functional testing to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and support pre-sales activities to win client trust.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Odoo services.
- **Training and Support**:

- Conduct detailed training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of Odoo systems.
- Create and deliver training materials, user manuals, and support documentation.
- Provide ongoing client support to address issues and ensure system adoption.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with remote teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in Odoo implementation and configuration.
- Familiarity with Odoo modules, such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Basic understanding of Python and Odoo’s development framework is a plus.
- **Sales and Training Expertise**:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
- Experience in delivering client training and preparing training materials.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£26,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
