**JKey Responsibilities**
- **ERP Development**: Design, develop, and implement ERP modules, workflows, and reports to meet organizational requirements.
- **Customization**: Customize existing ERP modules based on specific business processes and needs.
- **System Maintenance**: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for the ERP environment.
- **Data Management**: Design and implement efficient database structures and manage ERP-related data operations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, specifications, and testing procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in **ERP development** (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or others).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., **Next**, Java, C#, SQL).
- Experience with ERP development frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in ERP system upgrades or migrations.
- Knowledge of APIs and web services for ERP integrations.
- Industry-specific ERP module experience ( manufacturing, Software, it, finance).
