**Company Description**
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo. Our client is a leading investment company committed to driving innovation and operational excellence in asset management and business development. With a focus on leveraging technology to streamline operations, we are dedicated to maximizing growth and efficiency. We are currently seeking a skilled **Odoo ERP Specialist** to support their Odoo ERP system, helping optimize its functionalities and ensuring it meets our evolving business needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**System Support and Maintenance**
- Provide day-to-day support for Odoo ERP users, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues promptly, minimizing operational downtime.

**Customization and Module Optimization**
- Collaborate with departments to customize existing Odoo ERP modules and implement additional functionalities as required.
- Ensure each module is optimized for the business needs and aligns with company objectives.

**User Training and Documentation**
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring teams understand and can effectively use the ERP system.
- Create and maintain user documentation, providing clear guidelines and troubleshooting resources.

**System Updates and Improvements**
- Regularly update the ERP system with new features, improvements, and security patches, keeping it aligned with industry best practices.
- Proactively recommend system improvements and automation solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Data Integrity and Reporting**
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the ERP system, conducting periodic checks and audits.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards, providing insights and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with the Odoo ERP Head and other team members, supporting project implementation and aligning ERP functionalities with strategic goals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, updating them on system changes, enhancements, and issues.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of experience with Odoo ERP system support and customization, preferably in an investment or finance industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Odoo ERP modules, especially CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Finance.
- Familiarity with Python programming and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of ERP customization and data management best practices.
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to system management.
- ** Certifications**: Odoo Certification or related ERP certification is an advantage.
