**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Development**:

- Customize and extend ERPNext functionalities using Python and Frappe framework.
- Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards based on business needs.
- **Implementation**:

- Participate in ERPNext implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment.
- Configure workflows, forms, and permissions to match organizational processes.
- **Integration**:

- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems and APIs for seamless data exchange.
- **Maintenance**:

- Ensure ERPNext systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer, with hands-on expertise in the Frappe framework.
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes across different modules (Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with database management, preferably MariaDB/MySQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React is a plus.

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- ERPNext certification (preferred but not mandatory).
