Responsible for List Price proper documentation through local “finance, commercial &CM” and above country approvals. And keeping them archived properly
- Managing pricing governance with Regulatory team and Health Authorities “Price Certificates, Price appeal, Declaration and change notification letters”
- NCE pricing file preparation after securing proposed price proper approvals internally and externally.
- Ensure Price List platforms are updated timely
- Partnership with Market Access, regulatory, commercial, finance, customer services and cross functional teams for all price level management.
- Collaborates and aligns with regional/global functions as appropriate.
- Engages with and influences the decision makers to improve the reimbursement, access and funding environment for Pfizer products.
- Ensure high quality and transparency on operational aspects of Pricing, i.e. price renewals, MOH notifications, monitoring, reference pricing, etc.
- Pricing exercises & projects:

- Quarterly monitor and analyze COO “Country of Origin” and IRP “International reference prices” prices updates, detect prices need to notify HA according to each country regulation, revenue impact assessment and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- PRIMO “Strategic Products Prices Monitoring” project management
- LPCA “List Price Change Assumption” project management.
- Prices changes anticipating, notifying, Impact assessment (short / long term), setting mitigation plans and align with cross functions on them
- Ensure Price assumptions are accurate and properly captured in LEx, OP and LRF
- Quantify Price change risks/opportunities impact vs OP
- Advise on different pricing approaches and ways to optimal set price for those.
- Flags in advance and takes pre-emptive steps to ensure compliance with approved pricing strategy.
- Advise on alternative ways to address reference pricing and find solutions to mitigate potential impact.
- Advise on alternative schemes to address pricing and access challenges and can ensure high quality implementation and delivery.
- Predict risks, potential impact and advise on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Develops “what if” scenarios, based on experience and analysis of multiple sources.
- Advise on different ways to align internal stakeholders behind the proposal and to lead governance decisions.
- Oversees the quality utilization and advise on the best use of pricing management systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in pharmaceutical pricing/access preferably with medical background for at least 1 year.
- Strong analytical skills to have clear insight through numerical data in accurate manner.
- Professional communication skills and business language
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups and individuals.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
