**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage social media marketing efforts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for various marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and enhance advertising sales strategies.
- Supervise the creation of engaging content for blogs, websites (WordPress), and social media platforms.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets for various marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a marketing department.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is preferred.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google AdWords for paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience with copywriting and creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
