Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team. As the Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company and its projects. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote Kasrawy Group and its projects
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content
  • Manage and monitor the company's social media presence and engage with followers
  • Plan and coordinate events and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and partners to secure coverage and partnerships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budget
  • Train and supervise the marketing team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Leadership and team management skills

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in 6th of October City, Egypt. The Marketing Supervisor will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the marketing team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
