**Job Summary**:
**What’s Required From You**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the complete recruitment process for youth hiring programs, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer management
- **Data & Reporting**: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on the effectiveness of youth hiring initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on youth hiring or early-career talent.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Passion for youth development and a strong understanding of the youth employment market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
