**Junior Indoor Sales Executive**

**Report To**: Senior Indoor Sales Executive / Sales Manager

**Role Summary**:
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to begin their career in sales with Midas. As a Junior Indoor Sales Executive, you will support the senior sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and learning the fundamentals of professional sales. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the customer engagement process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the senior sales team by generating qualified leads and setting up appointments.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
- Learn and communicate basic product information and company values.
- Assist in managing initial customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with customer interaction details.
- Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to develop sales skills.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A keen interest in building a career in sales.
- Good communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to follow instructions.

Pay: Up to E£15,000.00 per month
