**Indoor Sales Executive**

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our team at Midas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for generating sales, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service through digital and telephonic channels. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting our products and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Handle inbound and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Manage and drive sales through WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
- Identify customer requirements, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Provide professional customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to close larger deals or handle complex client needs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in an indoor sales, telesales, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for Business and other social media platforms for sales.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

**Salary**: Competitive base salary with attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
