Indoor Sales Representative

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the shading systems and outdoor solutions market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including construction companies, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafes.
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase Royal Tents product portfolio, emphasizing the benefits and features of motorized pergolas, awnings, tensile tents, and custom shading solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the company s reach.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of proven experience in indoor sales, preferably within the construction, outdoor solutions, or home improvement sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium brand.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
