- Strategic objective of Total to be the preferred Network brand within 3 years through new offers and customer experiences
- Profitability challenges while fuel unit margins remain low.
- Hygiene and food safety awareness are often unsatisfactory.
- Data and info must be analyzed in depth.
- Food revenues become a key element in improving the network performance.
- Significant development of the COCO perimeter: triple in size in three years (from 11 to 30 sites).
- The growth should come from CODO sites.
- Highly competitive and visible market

**Activités***:
**HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY**
- Driving the HACCP and food safety implementation.
- Monitoring the internal audits & checklist (monthly visit/site).
- Managing the external, setting the monthly plan, and following the corrective actions by involving the sales team (monthly visit/site).
- Focal point with the food safety global team to ensure that all hygiene rules are respected across the network.
- Managing the hygiene staff training (training materials - content - schedule) for existing and new hirings.
- Managing the visits, random audits, follow the satisfaction level.
- Quarterly microbiology samples (4 / Year - Food and water - swab).

**OFFER/PLAN.**
- Responsible for expanding the food and coffee concepts and profitability through:
**TBS**: by managing (Main KPIs (COGS 47% - Packaging 4% - Wastage 3% - Daily production plan and consumption - ordering, and supplies - wastage - transfers - stocks - menu developments - sales and performance - staff training).**STARBUCKS**: COGS 40% -Machine’s performance - image and condition - maintenance issues - monthly supply and stocks - monthly reconciliation - variances and waste - invoices, and payments - partner’s training - new developments).**Turkish coffee**: Corner conditions - monthly supply and stocks - maintenance - payments - sales and performance - staff knowledge.**Barista concept**: Machine’s performance - image and condition - maintenance issues - monthly supply and stocks - monthly reconciliation - variances and waste - invoices and payments - Supplier’s training).- Designing the concepts (Food corner, Coffee corners “espresso and Turkish coffee” - cold beverage).
- Assessing the site F&B potential and shop segmentation.
- Rolling out the concept, including operation manuals / training the staff.
- Shaping the Marketing strategy, in relationship with our F&B partners and SFS communication
- Pricing strategy
- Market survey and monitoring of the competitor's offers.
- Monitoring the F&B / shop CAPEX and investment plan (new offers - shop renovations/creations).

**SUPPLIER AND PARTNER MANAGEMENT**:

- Design of the Franchise agreements and contract.
- Design of new SFS concepts inside the shop considering space utilization to maximize the income.
- Negotiations F&B concepts/business models and results & performance.
- New site rollout including summer activations.
- Monitoring the partner's performance / quarterly business review.
- Assessing the supplier performance to ensure reaching the highest level of quality/image.
- Negotiating the agreements and contracts (new and renewal).
- Emphasize all F&B partners to contribute to the yearly marketing plan (quarterly promotions).

**PROCUREMENT & NEEDS**
- Preparing and submitting bids and tenders for all F&B purchasing and printing.
- Handling the shop furniture and yearly requests.
- Setting the annual shop requirements for equipment/tools based on the renovation plan.
- Scanning the market for the best supplier (equipment - service provider) to reach to best quality / competitive prices with coordination with the procurement team.

**SHOP CREATION**:

- Design shop layouts with the best space optimization/utilization.
- Design F&B corners as per segmentation.
- Coordinate with all SFS with all site activities to be aligned with shop offers and installation (ATM - Tobacco units - Stands. etc..).
- Focal point with the Engineering team for all shop renovations and creation projects (removals - installations - opening).
- Manage all the shop project’s scope (plan, study, timeframe, stakeholders).
- The shop tools optimization (renew and maintain the old shop furniture to minimize the OPEX).
- Monitor shop assists registration,

**SHOP IMPLEMENTATION**:

- Ensure Implementation of all Shop & Food concepts: Shop Deals, F&B offerings across the network.
- Ensure Implementation of planograms to be implemented and adapted to all CODO sites.
- Helps site managers to install the deals /concept/flow charts defined by the Category Managers
- Follow-up on SFS implementation performance within the network (COCO / CODO)
- Forward information concerning any TM / REGIONAL / CATMAN and propose/implement remedial actions.
