A leading company in the Food & Beverage industry specialized in distribution of high-end European beverages and several local beverages is recruiting an experienced HR Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce and culture of the organization by developing effective HR strategies tailored specifically for the F&B sector. Your focus will be on enhancing employee experience, ensuring compliance, and promoting a high-performance environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and performance management specifically for F&B operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with the business's goals and help create a positive workplace culture.
- Work closely with management to identify workforce needs and supply workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and other relevant legislation.
- Foster strong relationships with department heads to understand their staffing and operational needs.
- Lead recruitment efforts for various positions within the F&B sector, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Coordinate employee training programs focusing on service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Monitor employee performance and engagement levels, facilitating conflict resolution and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain HR metrics and provide insights to drive positive changes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and applicable labor laws.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
