**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in managing **large-scale F&B operations in luxury hotels or mega cruise ships.**:

- A blend of **European and Middle Eastern** experience is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial performance, budgeting, and operational strategies to drive growth and excellence.
- Leadership ability to mentor large teams and maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and optimise the performance of 20+ diverse F&B outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence across all operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, enhance profitability, and elevate guest experiences.
- Lead the creation and implementation of innovative F&B concepts to meet and exceed market trends.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all venues.
- Manage vendor relationships and control procurement to maintain cost efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and deliver on revenue and cost targets.
- Spearhead staff recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing and motivated team.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for F&B outlets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging guest feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with the executive team to align F&B operations with the property’s overall business goals.

**What’s On Offer**:
**Salary: Approx. US$96,000 net annually.**
