We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle day-to-day employee services, manage HR documentation and printouts, and actively support organizational development (OD) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all HR-related documentation, letters, reports, and employee printouts.
- Provide responsive and efficient support for daily employee services (e.g., onboarding, leaves, certificates, etc.).
- Assist in executing OD initiatives such as policy updates, job analysis, and organizational structuring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve employee-related queries.
- Support HR processes in compliance with company policies and labor law.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
